“Critical for the rollout of faster mobile services with new technologies, such as 3 carrier aggregation, is the adoption of the technologies in the latest commercial smartphones,” said Kai Ojala, CTO at Anite’s Network Testing business. “This again requires us to respond to operators’ requirements for immediately being able to test the technology behind the high speeds using the latest and greatest devices.

“And not only downlink and uplink – we need to be able to provide the whole range of radio KPIs, all the way to application-specific parameters demonstrating improved performance. With these two hot selling devices we are now able to offer exactly what the customers want. The measurement data proves that our versatile products are able to meet the speeds enabled by new technologies,” Kai concluded.

Nemo Outdoor is a laptop-based drive test solution (pictured) for wireless network testing supporting all major network technologies and over 300 terminals and scanning receivers from a range of vendors.
