Sepura has appointed Rod Stafford as business development director within the organisation’s applications business. The company said the new position has a global remit, and reflects the company’s continued growth and strength within the applications and control room solutions market.
Stafford joins Sepura from VectorCommand where, as sales director, he substantially grew international business and drove the adoption of cutting-edge C3I systems. Prior to this, he was a Head of Civil Contingencies for a London Borough, with regional responsibilities including chairing the National Local Authority Airwave Users’ Group.
Rod commented: “It’s great to be joining Sepura at this pivotal moment in its growth, and I will be working hard to support the global sales teams to develop the market. It’s exciting to be part of a company that offers such compelling applications and control room solutions.”
“I’m delighted to welcome Rod as a key contributor to our applications line of business,” said Jonathan Hamill, Vice President Applications. “This is a great opportunity for us to reinforce our applications and control room offering, enabling us to respond to market demand and meet our customers’ requirements for innovative solutions that streamline essential processes, increase productivity, and improve worker safety
