Spirent Communications’ mobile connectivity business unit Tweakker has announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Teleena, the leading Dutch mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) and provider of mobile data services.
The partnership helps to extend Tweakker’s mobile and Internet of Things (IoT) footprint on a local and global level while empowering Teleena to adopt and offer Tweakker’s connectivity platform of mobile devices to its customer base.
The cloud-based platform contains one of the largest customer connectivity portfolios in the world. This also includes mobile device analytics and plug-and-play device platforms for Teleena's customers to better understand and manage devices in their networks and to provide mobile users with anytime-anywhere online guides for self-service care.
Teleena will deliver Tweakker's solutions to its customer base of cable companies, mobile network operators (MNOs), mobile virtual network operator (MVNOs), retailers and mobile devices manufacturers. The first Teleena customer to become Tweakker-enabled is one of the largest cable operators in the Netherlands, providing a triple-play service (cable television, broadband Internet, and telephone service) to both residential and commercial customers.
Teleena is one of the leaders in managed mobile service solutions and one of EMEA's fastest growing B2B technology companies. Headquartered in The Netherlands, the firm has regional offices in the United Kingdom and a fast growing customer base that includes customer such as Huawei, Telesur, UPC and TeleWare and many more.
"Teleena's mantra is to provide world class, cost-cutting mobile business solutions to its customer base," says Camilo Castano chief product officer leading product development at Teleena. "By partnering with Tweakker, our customers can vastly reduce mobile connectivity care costs and better manage and support the diverse portfolio of devices in their networks."
"Partnering with Teleena is an important step forward for Tweakker to extend its footprint in The Netherlands," said Dennis Juul Poulsen, general manager of Tweakker at Spirent Communications. "Cloud-based connectivity solutions are proven to be the most effective and least costly method of delivering customer care in today's mobile world and can lead to savings of up to 95% when compared with traditional call centre costs."
