New ZTEsoft platform enables swift integration of M2M and OTT services

ZTEsoft, a subsidiary of ZTE, has released its Digital Ecosystem Enabler Platform (DEEP) solution which enables machine-to-machine (M2M) and over-the-top (OTT) and mobile virtual network operator (MNVO) services to be quickly integrated into the networks of communications service providers (CSPs).

The ZTEsoft DEEP solution enables CSPs to take advantage new revenue streams and to deliver value-added end-customer experiences associated with the digital age.

The ZTEsoft Digital Ecosystem Enabler Platform enables CSPs to acquire more digital capabilities by easily assimilating OTT and M2M services and MVNOs into an operator network and enabling the delivery of high value content and services to end-customers.

The platform makes easy the building, launch and management of OTT services to the end-user through complete billing and payments management. The platform also improves an operator’s ability to integrate M2M services into the network with improved network coverage, quality and reliability and customer reach. This helps operators expand into the burgeoning markets of fleet management and smart homes.

ZTEsoft’s solution is helping operators thrive in a content-driven environment. Shifting from a network-driven market to an information-driven market, CSPs must provide much more than simple communication tools in order to win new customer segments.

As more OTT enterprises partner with CSPs to bring better media and content services to end-customers, ZTEsoft DEEP enables CSPs to continue to be central to the end-customer’s experience, and to be enablers of their digital lives.

“We see the ZTEsoft Digital Ecosystem Enabler Platform as essential to the changing telecommunications industry as CSPs embrace the content and information driven environment,” said Steven Cao, ZSmart BSS solution marketing director.

“Operators must allow content provider partners to integrate into their networks in order to provide existing and prospective customers with the highest quality of service and end-user experience in order to remain relevant and competitive in the future.”
