Stuart Will joins Hytera Mobilfunk as sales director for North America

Hytera Mobilfunk, the professional mobile radio solutions provider, has announced the appointment of its new sales director for the North American market, Stuart Will.

Will said: "Having already personally experienced early success in this market I am extremely pleased to have joined Hytera at this time, where we can couple relevant local TETRA experience and competitive portfolio to make Hytera the 'go-to' TETRA partner of choice.

“I have been impressed by the good work the company already has engaged in across this exciting developing market and I believe Hytera's blend of know-how, product portfolio, value proposition and ability to support is now very compelling.

“The challenge now it to take the current momentum Hytera has and drive further success. I am looking forward to working with the Hytera team to build sustained growth and delivering successful solutions to our customers,” said Will.

Stuart Will has been working in the field of TETRA since 2005, where at Artevea he held the position of head of sales having overall responsibility for all worldwide sales channels and direct sales, at Selex Communications (now Selex Electronic Systems) where, as international sales & marketing manager, he covered sales for PMR (TETRA, DMR) and other technologies across various global territories and most recently with Sepura, and so has a wealth of international experience in this area.

In his last role, Will was specifically brought in to address the emerging TETRA market of North America where his role was responsible for building the market for Sepura based products, solutions and services. He now brings this experience to his new role.

“Hytera’s product range is very well positioned for the North American market, and by drawing on Stuart's wide experience in this market and coupled with the recent wins in the region the momentum is really with the company right now and the prospects look very good going forward” said Matthias Klausing, CEO of Hytera Mobilfunk.
