Damm Cellular Systems has announced some major additions to its senior management team, which are designed to further develop the company’s global expansion strategy.
From 1 November 2013, Kjeld Pharao will take over the role of CEO from company founder Hans Damm. Hans Damm himself will remain closely involved with the company on a daily basis as CTO, leading DAMM’s R&D department.
The company said Kjeld Pharao brings with him a proven track record in senior management roles at IBM, Maersk Data and other leading blue chip businesses. His wide international experience is expected to prove a major asset to DAMM as the company continues to build its global presence.
The senior management team has been further strengthened by the appointment of Moritz Hynkemejer as COO and vice president and Allan Detlefsen as the new director of sales and marketing. Before joining DAMM, Detlefsen was instrumental in building the European and overseas sales of OJ Electronics, Denmark.
The new management appointments represent a clear message of intent from the Danish radio communications experts as it seeks to build on the global success of itsTetraFlex digital radio infrastructure solution.
