Imtradex updates BusinessLine headset for call centre use

Imtradex has introduced a revised version of its BusinessLine 3000 XD headset for call centre use. The company first upgraded the model range in February by launching a Flex version featuring a flexible gooseneck microphone. Now the BusinessLine 3000 XD series will only have one cable connected to the headset, instead of the previous two.

The company believes this will increase the comfort of wearing the headset considerably, a crucial factor in the daily life of call centre staff who have to communicate over long periods of time. The new development is available for both the standard and the flex versions of the BusinessLine 3000 XD.

The quality features of the headset will be kept. In addition to a crystal clear sound, it includes a lightweight design. The wideband-capable device is up to

20% lighter than competing products, according to Imtradex. High quality CoolMax ear cushions also ensure users have a comfortable fit when using the headset.

BusinessLine 3000 XD headsets can be customised to meet the requirements of individual businesses. Both technical specifications and optical features, such as colours and logos, can be adapted.

Imtradex will be presenting the product and others (see below), along with its Aurelis Nexus PTT and OnGuard Clear+ microphone range at both the CCExpo, Hamburg and PMR Expo, Cologne exhibtions laster this year.

This year it will be exhibiting in co-operation with its partners ECOM and INVISIO. This way it can show how the products can complement each other, along with its specially tailored solutions designed to meet the needs of governments, businesses and dispatcher communications.
