Procom has added two new products to its TETRA range in the shape of the PHY-TETRA-2-FME TETRA combiner and the MPX 70/44- TETRA N mini duplexer.
The PHY-TETRA-2-FME is a combiner for the coupling of two TETRA mobile transceivers on one common antenna. With a maximum input power of 2 x 10W and dimensions of 50.5 x 66 x 19.5mm and weighing only 360g makes this an ideal solution for mobile applications, according to Procom.
High isolation of up to 60dB is obtainable using the combiner, which is available in two models covering either 380-410MHz or 400-430MHz.
The MPX 70/44-TETRA N mini duplexer is a duplexer for the TETRA band using specially designed high-Q temperature compensated helical resonators giving it a compact size, but still meeting the demands for a modern, space saving high performance filter.
Procom said that this is a filter which has been built to be used in the most demanding applications. The housing is made of extruded aluminium, the chassis of steel, along with Teflon insulation, which has been applied to the rigid coaxial cables and connectors and finally coated in black vinyl to prevent corrosion.
The duplexer is available in three models covering 380-395MHz TX and 405-430MHz RX. Its dimension are 145 x 104 x 56 mm and the weight is 700g.
