Imtradex to unveil new handheld microphone products at PMR Expo 2012

Imtradex will be presenting its Aurelis Nexus PTT, Aurelis Bluetooth and OnGuard IV series of handheld microphones and accessories at the PMR Expo in Cologne on 27-29 November 2012.

The Aurelis Nexus PTT, a new innovative, ultra-lightweight handheld microphone, will be on show. It is designed specifically for fire brigades and meets the latest digital communications, security and flexibility standards. Thanks to its extra-large aluminium PTT (push-to-talk) button, short tracing path and the precisely defined pressure operation, firemen are able to operate it using gloves.

In addition to the PTT button and the high-quality speakers, the 180g Aurelis Nexus PTT can also include an emergency button, a three-level volume control and a two-colour LED screen - depending on the version.

The splash proof hand microphone has a Nexus socket, which provides a connection allowing other accessories to be plugged in, and it also comes with an automatic switch to headset option. The Aurelis Nexus PTT microphone is compatible with both analogue and digital radios.

A new model of the Aurelis Bluetooth microphone will also be on display. It provides a wireless connection to both Bluetooth-enabled digital radios and mobile phones without loss of speak quality via the implemented Bluetooth interface. Depending on the digital radio, further integration of various data applications is also possible.

Imtradex will also showcase the latest addition to its OnGuard covert range of microphones and accessories.

‘We provide visitors at PMR Expo with a comprehensive insight into our specially tailored solutions for the communication needs of governments, businesses and dispatchers and are available for questions and discussions at our stand A05 in Hall 10.2,’ said Ralf Kudernak, managing director of Imtradex.
