The dPMR Association has announced that Chinese two-way radio manufacturer Kirisun has been accepted as the newest member of the Association.
Kirisun’s membership was approved at the dPMR Association’s recent general meeting in Wuxi, China, making it the 15th member of the industry group. Kirisun is one of China’s most recognized two-way radio brands and its input is welcomed by the Association.
The dPMR Association also noted that many of the companies that participated in the interoperability test session held at the same meeting have also indicated their intent to become members, which will further increase the membership, and more importantly the choice of dPMR products that will be available.
The dPMR Association will also be taking part in two forthcoming events in Europe and Australia. In Europe, it will be participating at PMR Expo at the Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany from 27-29 November. In Australia, it is a sponsor for the Land Mobile Radio and Wireless exhibition, RadioComms Connect 2012. This show will be held at the Melbourne Convention Centre on 4-5 December 2012.
