Tait Communications will showcase its DMR Tier III solution, including Network Management, Automatic Vehicle Location and Dispatch Services applications, at the upcoming PMR Expo 2012, to be held in Cologne, Germany, 27–29 November.
‘Our DMR radio solution is fully compliant with the ETSI Digital Mobile Radio open standard, which includes dispatcher interfaces, location services and other business-critical applications,’ said Juergen Hoerauf, Tait Area Sales Manager.‘For the first time in Europe, Tait will demonstrate these applications in real time at stand E27 in the Koelnmesse, Cologne.’
Tait said it is committed to building a dynamic, open standards-based future for its customers. Tait DMR Tier III is designed to be interoperable with many applications and third-party equipment, ensuring organizations have choice and can continue to use their preferred application.
Tait DMR location services are designed to improve both worker safety and deliver greater business efficiency, enabling vehicles to transmit location data back to base via radio and enhance fleet visibility. This allows the operational management to make more informed and efficient decisions, leading to better response times and improved worker safety and efficiency.
The Tait Enable network management suite monitors and reports on network health, performance and usage trends for greater control over the network, helping organisations to proactively respond to issues before they become problems.
