This September, Warsaw will be home to international telecommunications professionals and experts attending OTV Connect. This new ‘super event’ brings together three specialist conferences on Carrier Ethernet and Transport networks providing a wide range of networking opportunities, debates, presentations, ideas exchanges and problem solving for over 800 telecoms infrastructure and service professionals.
- Carrier Ethernet World Congress (CEWC) 2010 is the official MEF World Congress and will highlight issues including Mobile Backhaul, Ethernet Exchanges and Ethernet and the cloud. This year’s event will be the largest to date with more speakers, exhibitors and attendees than ever before.
- Transport Network Strategies (TNS) 2010 offers professionals the opportunity to absorb the strategic approach of leading operators and service providers toward transport networks. With the introduction and deployment of new mobile broadband services over 3G, HSPA, HSPA+ and LTE, traditional TDM architectures are struggling to cope with the growing data demands placed on them by data traffic.
- Optimising Networks for Video Delivery is a new conference focusing on the response to the dramatically increasing demands placed on the network by video. In order for service providers to offer a truly optimum service, it is imperative that operators maintain a network infrastructure that can effectively handle high volume multicast and unicast traffic while also meeting the high Quality of Experience standards consumers require.
These combined events boast over 150 separate sessions and feature over 60 operator presentations.
